This policy applies to business customers who subscribe to or interact with the Capturello platform and related services.

This Privacy Policy does not cover data collected by funnels you deploy for your own customers or site visitors. For that data, you are the Data Controller, and we act only as a Data Processor (see Section 7).

By using Capturello, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of data to provide and improve our services:

1.1 Account Information

  • Business name

  • Login credentials

  • Billing address (if provided)

1.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
We do not store full credit card numbers.

1.3 Service Usage Information

  • Technical logs (IP, device type, browser, timestamps)

1.4 Communications

If you contact us, we store:

7. Funnel Data & Processor/Controller Relationship

When you use Capturello to host funnels, quizzes, calculators, or lead capture forms:

You are the Data Controller, meaning:

  • You decide what data is collected

  • You determine the legal basis for collecting that data

  • You are responsible for informing your users (privacy notice)

  • You handle end-user data requests (access, deletion, etc.)

Capturello is the Data Processor, meaning:

  • We process data only according to your instructions

  • We do not use end-user data for our own purposes

  • We do not sell, share, or analyze your end-user data

  • We store and transmit data securely on your behalf

You remain fully responsible for complying with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws for your end-user data.


8. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

  • Secure hosting infrastructure

  • Access controls

  • Regular monitoring

  • Best-practice data handling procedures

No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
